In that game, there was a bridge that collapsed, dropping you in a pit from which you couldn't escape. There was a sticker you had to place earlier in the level which made it possible to ace the level.

Acing is completing level without dieing, not finding all the prize bubbles. The glasses are well hidden but it is at Da Vinci's Hideout. Look well, among the books. Once you get the matching sticker, place it on there and the part that requires you to pop yourself will just be skipped, allowing for you to ace the level.
